Slow Flow Yoga
Synching breath with movement brings ease and play into a slow flow, leaving you feeling liquid.
I offer accessible, integrative movement classes for folks with all kinds of bodies, abilities, injuries, sensitivities, and capacities. My teaching is rooted in somatic awareness, functional movement, therapeutic yoga, and a deep respect for how the nervous system learns. My goal is to help people find movement that feels nourishing — strengthening without strain, grounding without pushing, and supportive of the whole system.Classes are currently available in person in Vancouver, and I’m creating an online platform for January 2026.
